Data may also be transmitted to: Anthropic PBC, USA

Via an API-based integration, visitors can submit text-based inquiries about offers, website functionalities, placed orders, and the exercise of contractual rights, which are then answered and processed by the provider's language models.

For this purpose, the provider's software may collect personal data from the inquirer to compare it with the order history, assign the input to a specific order, automatically check the request, and then resolve it by autonomously initiating processing procedures.

The collection and further processing of personal data are carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing the specific request. The processing of user inputs for the purpose of training and further development of the provider's AI language models is expressly prohibited.

Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective support of our site visitors, the optimal marketing of our offer, and the automation of customer support to relieve operational burden in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Collected personal data will be deleted, subject to any legal retention periods to the contrary, when the provider's software, according to automated mathematical-statistical procedures, determines a final clarification of the matter.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection.

Your data will always only be used to respond to your request via WhatsApp. No disclosure to third parties takes place.

For the operation of our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device whose address book exclusively stores the WhatsApp contact data of users who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.

This ensures that every person whose WhatsApp contact data is stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp phone number from the address books of their chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR when they first used the app on their device by accepting the WhatsApp terms of use. The transmission of data of users who do not use WhatsApp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is therefore excluded.

If your contact aims at concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. For the transfer of data to the USA, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection.

7.5 Use of payment service providers

Apple Pay

If you choose the "Apple Pay" payment method offered by Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment processing is carried out via the "Apple Pay" function of your iOS, watchOS or macOS device by charging a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features integrated into your device's hardware and software to protect your transactions. To approve a payment, you must enter a code you previously set and verify it using your device's "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function.

For the purpose of payment processing, your information provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order, is passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for the purpose of carrying out the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website where the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm successful payment.

If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.

Further information on data protection at Apple Pay can be found at: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

Google Pay

If you choose the "Google Pay" payment method from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), payment processing is carried out via the "Google Pay" application on your mobile device by charging a payment card stored with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To approve a payment via Google Pay exceeding €25, your mobile device must first be unlocked using the verification method set up (e.g. face recognition, password, fingerprint, or pattern).

For the purpose of payment processing, your information provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order, is passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the originating website, with which a successful payment is verified. This transaction number contains no information about the real payment data of your payment methods stored in Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts only as an intermediary for processing the payment.

If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Google reserves the right to collect, store, and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for every transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time, and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, the name and email address of the seller and buyer, the payment method used, and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.

According to Google, this processing takes place exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, verification of transaction data, and the optimization and maintenance of the Google Pay service.

Google also reserves the right to merge the processed transaction data with other information collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

In this case, your data will be passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

If you select a payment method for which the provider pays in advance (e.g., invoice or installment purchase or direct debit), you will also be asked to provide certain personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, date of birth, email address, telephone number, possibly data on an alternative payment method) during the ordering process.

To safeguard our legitimate interest in determining the creditworthiness of our customers, we forward this data to the provider for the purpose of a credit check in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Based on the personal data you provide and other data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment experience), the provider checks whether the payment option you have selected can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.

In addition to internal provider criteria, identity and creditworthiness information from the following credit agencies may be included in the decision-making process for the application review in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/0/de_de/credit_rating_agencies

The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, but not exclusively, address data.

You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.

PayPal Checkout

This website uses PayPal Checkout, an online payment system by PayPal, which consists of PayPal's own payment methods and local third-party payment methods.

When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – “Pay Later” via PayPal, we transmit your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”), as part of the payment processing. The transmission takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.

PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for credit card payments via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "Pay Later" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. PayPal uses the result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of payment default for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of the score values includes, among other things, but not exclusively, address data. You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.

If the PayPal payment method "invoice purchase" is available and selected, your payment data will first be transmitted to PayPal for payment preparation, after which PayPal will forward it to Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin ("Ratepay") for payment execution. The legal basis in each case is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In this case, Ratepay carries out an identity and credit check on its own behalf to determine creditworthiness according to the principle already mentioned above and forwards your payment data to credit agencies on the basis of the legitimate interest in determining creditworthiness in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A list of the credit agencies that Ratepay can use can be found here: https://www.ratepay.com/legal-payment-creditagencies/

When using a local third-party payment method, your payment data is first transmitted to PayPal for payment preparation in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. 8) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking

8.1 Meta Pixel with Extended Data Matching

Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider in extended data matching mode: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")

If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter with the help of "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after redirection by a cookie that our linked page itself sets. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data such as the e-mail address, which we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram advertisement during processes such as purchases, account logins, or registrations (extended data matching). The cookie is then read out and enables the transmission of the data, including the specific customer data, to Meta.

We use "Meta Pixel" with extended data matching to make our advertisements (so-called "ads") on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure that they correspond to the interests of the users or have certain characteristics (e.g., interests in certain topics or products determined by the visited websites), which we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").

Furthermore, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement (conversion). Compared to the standard version of "Meta Pixel", the extended data matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more attributed conversions.

All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta, so that an assignment to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's data usage guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Meta and its partners to display advertisements on and off Facebook.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading out information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, a transmission to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also occur.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

8.2 TikTok Pixel

This website uses the conversion tracking technology of the following provider: TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland

If you have reached our website from an advertisement on the provider's domain, the success of the advertisement can be tracked with the help of cookies and/or similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, pings or HTTP requests).

For this purpose, certain device and browser information, including your IP address if applicable, is read out via the tracking technology in order to record and evaluate user actions predefined by us (e.g., completed transactions, leads, search queries on the website, views of product pages). This enables the creation of statistics on user behavior on our website after redirection from an advertisement, which serves to optimize our offer.

9) Site functionalities

Endereco

To enable the real-time checking of certain entries in the address form of our webshop's ordering process for input errors, we use the services of the following provider: Endereco UG, Balthasar-Neumann-Straße 4b, 97236 Randersacker, Germany

The provider validates the entered address, verifies the spelling, and adds any missing data. In the case of ambiguous addresses, correct alternative suggestions are displayed. For this purpose, the address data you enter is transmitted to the provider, stored, and evaluated there.

This processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper collection of correct customer address data for the conscientious fulfillment of our contractual delivery obligations and to prevent problems with contract execution.

The provider processes the affected data separately and does not combine it with other data sets, and deletes it as soon as its status or correctness has been confirmed, but no later than after 30 days.

10) Tools and Other

Cookie Consent Tool

This website uses a "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users when they access the page in the form of an interactive user interface, where consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by checking a box. Through the use of this tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if the respective user has given corresponding consent by checking a box. This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's device if consent has been given.

If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning, or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in legally compliant, user-specific, and user-friendly consent management for cookies, and thus in a legally compliant design of our website.

A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. As controllers, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically non-essential cookies dependent on the respective user's consent.

Where necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further information on the operator and the setting options of the cookie consent tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST IN THE CONTEXT OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL CEASE PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, FURTHER PROCESSING REMAINS RESERVED IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ASSERTION, EXERCISE, OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING. YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

12) Duration of Storage of Personal Data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing, and - if applicable - additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g., commercial and tax law retention periods).

When personal data is processed on the basis of explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, the data concerned will be stored until you revoke your consent.

If statutory retention periods exist for data processed within the scope of business or business-like obligations on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in its continued storage.

When personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data will be stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

When personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data will be stored until you exercise your right to object under Art. 21 Para. 2 GDPR.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this declaration regarding specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
